Refund and Return Policy

Due to the high value items we sell, we unfortunately DO NOT accept any returns as Keck Optics provide warranty on all products we sell. Any processed credit card orders that have not yet shipped, can be cancelled with a 3% fee charged, as Shopify Payments charge us 3% on ALL processed credit card orders, whether they are shipped out or not. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS (not normally stocked items) unfortunately also CANNOT be refunded at all, as we cannot return these items to our suppliers. DH Tactical Equipment Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient, pricing is incorrect or issues with quality of goods ordered.
